About Us
Carson Adult Day and Health Care offers the convenience of comprehensive health, therapeutic, social and recreational services designed to serve the specialized needs of those at risk of placement in a nursing facility.
Our concept is to provide a team of bicultural and bilingual professionals to assess your health, therapeutic and social needs and to facilitate the coordination of services with compassion, courtesy and competence.
Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team of highly-skilled and dedicated health care professionals to assist you and all of your needs.

Services
Health Care
The Adult Health Care Service is a community-based program which aims to restore or maintain optimal capacity for self care to elderly persons and other adults with functional impairments either physical or mental. We do this through Medical/Nursing Services, Psychiatric Services, and Physical Therapy.
Day Care
For those who are not in need of our health care program, the center provides a Day Care program. This program includes social work services, social activities and games, as well as meals and transportation for all members of the program.
